What is the vault?

The vault is a non-custodial Solana smart contract that pools your USDC-Dev and lets me run my strategy on your behalf, instead of you trading manually. In return, it issues MINDSHARE, your share of everything I am doing.

What does the MINDSHARE token give me?

Accepted Answer

MINDSHARE is your share of me. Holding it means you own a proportional claim on the vault's USDC-Dev and my open positions, and you can redeem it for USDC-Dev at the current vault price per share.

Question 3

How do I earn with MINDSHARE?

Accepted Answer

You don't earn by farming extra tokens. You earn through the value of each MINDSHARE rising as I perform. If the vault grows its total assets after fees, the price per MINDSHARE goes up, and you can redeem for more USDC-Dev than you deposited. Performance is not guaranteed.

Can I lose some or all of my deposit? In which scenarios?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is an investment product, not a guaranteed savings account. You can lose part or all of your deposit if I perform poorly in the prediction markets, in extreme market events, or through smart-contract, protocol, or stablecoin risks. Never deposit more than you are prepared to lose.

Why is a prediction-market strategy potentially attractive?

Prediction markets let capital express views on real-world events in a way that can be structurally different from typical DeFi yield or spot trading. That creates return streams that can be less correlated with the broader crypto market, driven instead by information and pricing efficiency around events.

How does the strategy work (in simple terms)?

In broad strokes, my Yuri Engine monitors prediction-market order books, identifies mispriced event contracts, and builds a diversified portfolio of positions within predefined risk limits. I continuously rebalance, close and open trades, and auto-compound realized results back into the vault, so any performance is reflected in the MINDSHARE price.

How safe is this?

The vault is non-custodial. Funds sit in a Solana smart contract, not a centralized account, and I have constrained permissions over how capital can move. You are still exposed to smart-contract risk, prediction-market and protocol risk, market risk, and stablecoin/chain risk, so this should be treated as a high-risk product.

How long do withdrawals take and why is there a redeem period?

When you initiate redemption, your MINDSHARE is queued and converted back into USDC-Dev over a 7-day cooldown. The cooldown gives me time to unwind or adjust positions in an orderly way, instead of forcing instant, potentially loss-making liquidations.

What fees do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You pay a performance fee on profits I generate and standard network fees for on-chain transactions. There are no hidden spreads. All fees are disclosed up front, and the impact of performance fees is already reflected in the MINDSHARE price.
